Brannon Wilds, CPM
Managing Partner
Brannon Wilds is Managing Partner at Foote Financial. He has over 15 years of experience in the financial industry, seven of which were spent working with government agencies. This experience gives Brannon special insight into government programs, specifically Medicare and Social Security.
Brannon was born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina, and is a graduate of the University of South Carolina. Brannon ran track in college and still enjoys going for a run and lifting weights. Brannon also enjoys the outdoors, including hiking, fishing, hunting, scuba diving, and surfing while visiting the beach.
Brannon has been married to his lovely wife, Kristen, for more than 15 years. They have two beautiful children, Sophia and Brock.
Kristen Wilds
Director of Customer Experience
Kristen Wilds is Director of Customer Experience at Foote Financial. Kristen is a gifted administrator and client event coordinator. All you have to do is speak to Kristen one time, and you will know why everyone who does speak to her, loves her!
Kristen was born and raised in Manhattan, Kansas, and is a graduate of Kansas State University. Kristen played volleyball in college. She enjoys exercising as well as spending time with family and friends. Kristen also enjoys the outdoors, including any kind of adventuring, hiking, fishing, and scuba diving or snorkeling while visiting the beach.
Kristen has been married to her husband, Brannon, for more than 15 years. They have two beautiful children, Sophia and Brock.
Hailey Havenstein
Director of Operations
Detailed and reliable, Hailey is committed to always listening and focusing on clients’ needs while helping them reach their goals.
As the Director of Client Operations, Hailey’s role is multifaceted. She is responsible for client service and follow up, and can promptly report on the status of pending cases and requests. Her duties have strengthened her understanding of the importance of attention to detail and creating clear communication with clients and carriers. She also updates and maintains the firm’s client portal, and assists with processing the paperwork for all new brokerage accounts as well as prepares client reviews and answering their questions.
According to Hailey, factors that contribute to overall firm success are how they treat their clients as an extension of their family and how everyone believes providing for them is a true privilege.
Outside of work, you’ll find Hailey reading, traveling, and spending time with family.
Andy Dombeck, CPA
Director of Tax Planning and Strategies
Andy earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Accountancy from Kansas State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), licensed in the state of Kansas. In addition to three years of tax experience, he has also served as a treasurer for a local nonprofit organization.
Andy was born and raised in Pennsylvania. He served eight years in the U.S. Army where he completed three deployments. In his free time, Andy enjoys grilling, photography, and traveling with his family.
He is married to his wife, Tara and they have three active and energetic boys: Ethan, Caleb, and Silas.
